Opportunities to Help

Join the amazing number of our folks who help in our community!

Volunteers are urgently needed to deliver Meals on Wheels. This 1 or 2 day a month commitment from 10:45 – 12:30 involves picking up meals at RiverWoods Nursing Care Center and delivering them to area residents.  If you can help please contact Stacy or Marcia at 522-1934.

Golden Rule Love INC (In the Name of Christ) is a ministry that provides a clearing house of volunteers that are willing to help in the community.  There are 6 important ministry teams: transportation, errands, care and concern, home and household repair, yard work and prayer. To volunteer or for more information contact our liaison, Avis Hans (742-3336).

Group WorkCamps is coming to our area.  You can volunteer to  encourage a work group by bringing a snack to a worksite (as few as once or as many as 4 times) during the Mifflinburg Camp July 11-16.  Call Lisa Black for more information (847-3828).
